- Partner Co-Delivery: Has co-delivered with a variety of external partners, builds personal relationships with counterparts, sets management and executive cadences before escalations are needed, and holds partners accountable to the value they were hired to deliver.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Acts as the connective tissue between teams, keeping everyone on the same plan as it changes and communicating clearly to audiences from engineers to executives.
- Planning Tools Fluency: Hands-on with tools like Jira and Smartsheet. Has built dashboards leaders use for real-time decisions, and has strong opinions on which tools earn their keep.
