Job description

You will design and implement test setups and procedures to automate validation of capacitive touch sensing modules. This can include custom PCBs and mechanical fixtures, as well as robotic systems. You’ll be capable of analyzing the requirements of an evolving product portfolio, working closely with a cross-functional team of engineering disciplines, while identifying opportunities to define a common testing approach where possible. Proficient in the use of solid modeling tools such as NX, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360. Low-volume prototyping (laser cutter, 3D printer, drill press, hand tools). Familiarity with basic analog electronics concepts such as noise, EMI, filters and grounding Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree. Relevant experience in developing high-precision test and measurement systems. Experience with design for manufacturing with CNC. Experience in high-level scripting for test automation. Python is a plus. Experience with PCB schematic design and test board development. Strong teamwork abilities and self-motivation to tackle technical challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid teamwork skills.
