Job description

About Outreach Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. Revenue leaders benefit from connected account visibility, performance insights, and higher forecasting accuracy across every GTM team. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few. The Team Outreach is the agentic revenue platform built for modern go-to-market teams. We help revenue organizations run their entire sales motion, from first touch to closed deal to post sales, inside a single platform that goes beyond insights and delivers actions to sellers to move deals and revenue forward. Conversation, voice, and meeting intelligence sit at the center of that motion. Every customer conversation generates signal. Outreach captures that signal and turns it into action: real-time coaching for reps, automatic follow-ups, and the deal and pipeline intelligence leaders need to know where to focus, what to fix, and how to improve. Reps close more. Leaders lead better. The conversation is where it starts. The Role This leader will own product strategy and execution across conversation intelligence, voice, meeting intelligence, and dialing. The mission is to transform every customer conversation into agentic action: coaching reps in the moment, accelerating deals, and giving leaders a clear, data-driven view of where to invest their time and how to improve their team performance and sales strategy. This role sits at the intersection of AI and data, voice and video, to deliver real-time coaching and actions. It requires a sharp point of view on both seller and sales leadership personas, and a track record of building product that changes how teams work, not just how they report. Your Daily Adventures Will Include Define and own the product strategy for meeting intelligence, conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing Deliver AI-native experiences and workflows, building on the latest model and technology advancements Ship AI and ML features with world-class engineering, data science, and design teams that turn conversations into agentic actions Lead discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers Lead and develop a team of accomplished product managers, driving strategy across multiple scrum teams, enabling high performance, and championing strong processes and best practices Partner with product marketing to build enablement and positioning, thought leadership on agentic execution for go-to-market teams Build deep understanding of customer feedback and product stickiness to inform prioritization and long-term bets Our Vision of You 8+ years building great software with ownership of prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines; 2+ years managing product teams Experience building conversation intelligence, voice, or dialing products preferred, including familiarity with VoIP and telephony infrastructure, speech-to-text and NLP pipelines, real-time audio and video processing Proven ability to define long-term strategy while driving near-term product impact in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments Deep understanding of customer needs with strong drive to solve hard problems and demonstrated technical credibility with engineering teams Strong cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication skills with the ability to create clarity in complex, ambiguous domains Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred Prior B2B SaaS product experience #LI-JM1 Why You’ll Love It Here • Flexible time off • 401k to help you save for the future • Generous medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and their dependents • A parental leave program that includes options for a paid night nurse, and a gradual return to work • Infertility/ assisted reproductive services benefit • Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team • Snacks and beverages in the Office, along with fun events to celebrate • Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups like Outreach Women's Network, Latinx community, Outreach Black Connection, AAPI community, Pride/LGBTQIA+, Gender+, Disability Community, and Veterans/Military Outreach is an equal opportunity employer.
