Drive modernization initiatives across cloud, microservices, APIs, workflow orchestration, and distributed systems architecture.
Oversee integration across general ledger platforms, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, reporting infrastructure, and downstream operational systems.
Collaborate with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure platforms meet internal controls, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
Improve operational maturity through monitoring, incident management, performance optimization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent while creating strong career development pathways across the organization.
Qualifications
15 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise platform development, or financial systems technology, including significant engineering leadership experience.
Proven experience leading teams that deliver enterprise-grade finance, accounting, treasury, or fund operations technology platforms.
Strong hands-on background in application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native development, platform engineering, and modern delivery practices.
Experience managing senior stakeholder expectations, clarify ambiguity, and make pragmatic trade-offs while maintaining technical reliability.
Deep understanding of enterprise systems integration, including general ledger platforms, ETL frameworks, data warehousing technologies, and financial reporting systems.
