About Radar
Radar radar.com is the global leader in geolocation, with geofencing SDKs, maps APIs, and AI-enabled solutions for marketing, fraud, and operations teams.
Why is Radar the best place to work?
- We're trusted by some of the world's best companies, from high-growth startups to the Fortune 500.
- We operate at incredible scale, processing over 1 billion API calls per day from hundreds of millions of devices.
- We've raised $85.5M from world-class investors, including Accel and Insight Partners.
- We have a high-performance culture with ambitious, entrepreneurial teammates in every role.
- We recently moved into a new office in Flatiron, Manhattan.
- We were named a top 10 best place to work in NYC by Crain's.
Despite our growth and scale, we're still just getting started. That's where you come in.
About the role
We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to help drive Radar's next stage of growth. You'll break into strategic enterprise accounts, build qualified pipeline, and create new opportunities as we scale Radar Protect, our fast-growing fraud prevention product.
This isn't your typical SDR role. You'll have real ownership from day one, partnering directly with Account Executives and sales leadership to develop outbound strategies, engage senior decision-makers, and help shape our go-to-market motion. We're looking for someone ambitious, resourceful, and excited to build a career in technical sales.
You'll report to our Senior Sales Development Manager and be based in our Flatiron (NYC) headquarters. We work from the office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
What you'll do
- Own outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels to generate qualified pipeline.
- Partner with Account Executives to build strategic account plans and break into enterprise accounts.
- Develop deep product knowledge to confidently engage technical buyers and communicate Radar's value.
- Test new messaging, identify market opportunities, and help refine our outbound playbook.
Who you are
- You have a bachelor's degree; prior SDR or BDR experience is a plus.
- You're a strong communicator who can confidently engage prospects and build relationships.
- You're curious about technical products and eager to understand how they solve real business problems.
- You're driven, resourceful, and organized, with a strong sense of ownership.
- You're coachable, adaptable, and ambitious, with a desire to grow in a high-performing sales team.
Who you'll work with
- Connor Rapp linkedin.com, Senior Sales Development Manager
- Zachary Fraser linkedin.com, Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operations Officer
- Radar's Account Executive team
What we offer

- Top-notch equipment
- Catered lunches
- Unlimited PTO
- Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave

We'll share full details of our benefits package at the offer stage. Benefits may vary by location.
