Job description

Join Zeely as a Senior Account Executive and help us build our B2B sales engine from the ground up. You’ll own a sales cycle — from the initial conversation to a signed contract. You’ll work mostly with leads from the SDR and Marketing teams, focusing on discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing. We’re looking for someone who can understand a client’s business, speak confidently with marketing decision-makers, and turn product value into measurable commercial outcomes. About Us: At Zeely AI, we are building a Marketing Intelligence Platform that covers the entire performance marketing cycle: create → launch → scale. More than 2 million users have already used Zeely. Simply put, we’ve made advanced AI solutions and marketing tools—previously accessible mainly to large brands with expensive marketing teams—available to small and medium-sized businesses. Our next major step is a B2B solution for large marketing teams and enterprise clients, offering automated workflows, creative analytics, and full team-level control over campaigns. It is designed for companies where performance marketing already operates at scale and requires greater efficiency and automation. The numbers speak for themselves: - 4 years on the market — a stable and profitable company backed by international investors; - 6× growth over the past year; - 2,000,000+ businesses have already used Zeely; - #1 in our category in the US market; - 200+ team members; - Markets: US + worldwide. What You’ll Do: - Own the full negotiation cycle — from the first meeting with a qualified lead through solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing. - Run strategic discovery to uncover business needs, marketing pain points, buying criteria, budget, and decision-makers; - Deliver tailored product demos that connect Zeely’s capabilities to each prospect’s goals and demonstrate clear business value; - Build strong relationships with marketing leaders, founders, and other key stakeholders; - Create personalized commercial proposals and pricing aligned with each client’s needs; - Handle objections, lead negotiations, and drive deals forward with clear next steps; - Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and sales activity in the CRM while staying accountable for your revenue targets; - Partner with SDRs and the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion across the funnel; - Ensure a smooth handoff of closed-won clients to the Implementation Manager; - Help define Zeely’s B2B sales playbook — from discovery and demos to proposals, negotiation, and closing. What Do You Need to Join Us? - 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with proven ownership of the full sales cycle through contract signature; - Experience selling to US and European clients and closing B2B deals in the $5K–$30K+ range; - Background in B2B marketing, MarTech, or AdTech; B2B SaaS experience is also relevant; - Strong understanding of performance marketing, including key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and CPM; - Strong discovery and product demo skills, with the ability to understand a client’s business and tailor the sales approach; - A measurable track record across quota attainment, revenue, conversion rate, and average deal size; - Advanced English for demos, negotiations, and communication with international decision-makers. Why It’s Worth Joining Us: - A rare opportunity to build and scale a new B2B sales direction from the ground up within a stable, profitable product company; - The opportunity to work alongside top AI and marketing specialists who deeply understand the product, the market, and the challenges our clients face; - Direct involvement in developing the B2B product together with the Founders, Product, Sales, and Creative teams; - A competitive compensation package with strong performance-based bonuses, giving you direct financial upside from the revenue you generate; - A remote-first setup with the flexibility to work from anywhere, plus access to our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv. Recruitment Process: Intro Call → Hiring Team Interview → Test Task → Final Interview → Reference Check → Offer. Send us your CV — we’d love to build and scale Zeely’s B2B direction together 💚
