As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers in a manufacturing environment, driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing processes, managing projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives. • Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering activities with business objectives. • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new products and processes. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement. • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet project deadlines. Required Profile We are looking for a candidate with a strong leadership background and technical expertise in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering or manufacturing setting. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Per ITAR Compliance must be a U.S. Citizen .
