Job description

About 1mind 1mind is building the next generation of revenue teams. We are creating a new category of enterprise software: Autonomous Customer Experience. Our platform deploys Superhumans, go-to-market teammates with a face, a voice, and a GTM brain that serve the buyer across the entire journey with one continuous memory. They engage, demo, onboard, and support in the moments no company could ever staff, so the handoffs disappear and growth stops leaking. Join us as we define the category and build the platform that powers the next generation of revenue teams. When the buyer wins, the company wins. Every1 Wins. About the Role We’re looking for elite Account Executives who thrive on challenge, own outcomes, and want to be part of something category-defining. You’ll run the full sales cycle, build pipeline from scratch, and lead conversations with senior executives at some of the most iconic enterprise brands in the world. You’ll evangelize a new way of going to market — AI-led revenue growth — and help us create the playbook for the next generation of GTM. We have a high bar for excellence and will hire only the best of the best. If you’ve been looking for a place to move fast, think big, and win with purpose — this is it. (P.S. Meet our Superhuman, Mindy, to see 1mind in action.) What You'll Do - Own the full sales cycle — from outbound to close to expansion — across mid-market, and enterprise - Build and manage pipeline with a focus on executive-level outreach and high-velocity execution - Lead strategic discovery and demo calls that tie 1mind directly to measurable business outcomes - Partner with GTM leadership to evolve our strategy, messaging, and sales motion - Act as a credible thought leader and category evangelist for AI-led growth in the market - Founder’s mentality: You act like an owner — proactive, resourceful, resilient and always in service of the customer and the mission - Executive presence & evangelism: You command a room, reframe buyer thinking, and tell a story that moves people - Consistent overachiever: You’ve crushed quota again and again through precision, speed, and strategic execution - Grit & coachability: You’re relentless, curious, and always leveling up. Feedback is fuel - Process-obsessed: You’re buttoned up, data-driven, and operate with efficiency and intent What You’ll Bring - 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota - Experience selling into GTM, product, or technical leadership — and a strong network with C-level decision makers in B2B SaaS - Background in early-stage, high-growth environments where speed and ownership matter - Proven outbound muscle — you can build pipeline from zero - Deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work - Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Travel (up to ~30%): This is a hands-on, in-market sales role. While we’re remote-first, being face-to-face with customers is a key lever for growth, and you should expect up to ~30% travel. We’re building something early and ambitious, and that means showing up—on-site, at events, and wherever the opportunity is—to drive pipeline and revenue. Why Join Us? - We’re completely transforming how companies go to market — scaling revenue beyond human capacity - Help define a new category and build the GTM engine from the ground up - Work alongside a top-tier, high-ownership team during a rapid growth phase - High visibility, high impact role — with room to grow as we scale We’re looking for Superhumans to help us deploy Superhumans. If that’s you, let’s talk. For this role, the expected base salary range is: United States: $125,000 – $160,000 USD (plus commission) Canada: $172,000 CAD - $220,000 CAD (plus commission) 1mind's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. The hiring manager will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through the process.
