Define and track success measures for customer value, adoption, usage, data quality, product performance, commercial outcomes, and roadmap execution. Partner with sales, marketing, services, and enablement teams to develop positioning, packaging, launch plans, sales tools, and customer-facing narratives. Serve as a trusted product expert with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders; clearly communicate strategy, roadmap decisions, and product value. Support strategic customer engagements and resolve escalated product issues by balancing immediate needs with the integrity and scalability of the broader product. Monitor the competitive, regulatory, technology, and data-provider landscape across KYC, financial crime analytics, identity, and AI. Required Qualifications Five or more years of software product management experience, including ownership of complex products for financial services. Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including discovery, validation, prioritization, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization. Experience with enterprise SaaS, APIs, data platforms, analytics, workflow products, or other cloud-based software. Proven ability to prioritize roadmaps, make informed trade-offs, and align technical and commercial stakeholders around decisions. Technical fluency is sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, data, analytics, and operations teams. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills. Ability to operate with autonomy, bring structure to ambiguous problems, influence without direct authority, and drive decisions through execution.
