With an expanding footprint of over 350 stores globally, an experiential, “sweet-easy” flagship concept, and large scale operations and delivery capabilities ... Insomnia Cookies is revolutionizing the cookie game by truly "Imagining What’s Possible"! Insomnia Cookies is actively hiring for a full-time hourly Store Manager in Training (MIT) at our Richardson, TX store and we are seeking hospitality focused individuals looking to join our industry leading, rapidly growing, nationally recognized company! ABOUT THE ROLE: At Insomnia Cookies, warm is more than how we serve our cookies—it’s how we show up for our guests, our teams, and each other. As an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager (ABOM), you’ll help bring that to life every day by working side-by-side with your Bakery Operations Manager to build an energized, well-trained team, create unforgettable guest experiences, and keep the bakery running at its best. Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training to build a strong, fully staffed team. Help create schedules and manage labor to meet the needs of the bakery and the business. Support ordering, inventory management, product rotation, and shrink control. Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, speed of service, and overall bakery execution. Complete required operational and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Identify opportunities to improve bakery performance and partner with your BOM and Area leadership to put solutions into action. Help create a culture where team members know what’s expected, feel supported, and are accountable for delivering their best. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment.
