Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer III to join our team! This role supports the GHOSTGEM program, developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting a suite of mission software applications. The engineer will implement, test, and integrate Java and Spring-based services with COTS and FOSS products, packages, and libraries, deploying containerized workloads to Kubernetes using Helm. Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph • Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 5 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 7 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR • 9 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Required Skills + Experience : • Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Tools • Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python • Recent software development experience using Java • Recent software development experience using the Spring Framework including Spring Boot, Spring Data and Spring Integration • Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL • Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd • Experience with container orchestration technologies including Kubernetes • Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services in a Kubernetes environment • Familiar with Messaging Frameworks such as RabbitMQ and Kafka • Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as Bamboo and GitLab CI • Familiar with IaC principles, methodologies, and tools including Ansible • Experience using Git Source Control System Desired Skills + Experience • Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
