Job description

Why Rogo Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them. This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI. Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us. The Role Rogo is hiring an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first line of support for our employees and the technology they depend on every day. As a hands-on member of our newly forming internal IT team, you will keep our New York City headquarters and global remote workforce productive, connected, and secure, so our teams can stay focused on building AI for the world's top financial institutions. Reporting to our IT Operations Manager, you will be an operational anchor for day-to-day IT at Rogo. You will work closely with Security, People, and Operations teams to ensure devices are deployed quickly, issues are resolved accurately, and software access is managed cleanly. This is an on-site, high-visibility role for someone who brings ownership and a service mindset to every request, and who wants to help build an IT function from the ground up while growing their technical career alongside senior leadership. What You Will Own - Own day-to-day helpdesk operations, triaging and resolving employee requests through our ticketing system with fast, accurate, and helpful support across hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues. - Manage the full device lifecycle: ordering, enrolling in device management, deploying, maintaining, and securely retiring and disposing of employee equipment. - Maintain an accurate hardware inventory as equipment is cycled, and coordinate shipping of devices and peripherals to remote employees and global offices. - Track and manage software licenses, ensuring employees have access to critical tools from day one and reclaiming unused seats to prevent waste. - Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and deprovisioning through our identity platform. - Keep conference rooms and office AV running smoothly, troubleshooting cameras, microphones, and displays, and setting up technology for all-hands, client meetings, and special events. - Perform first-level troubleshooting of office network and connectivity issues, escalating to senior IT or vendors when necessary. - Document solutions and build knowledge base articles and how-to guides that help employees self-serve and help the IT team scale. Great Candidates Often: - Have 2+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment. - Bring working knowledge of MDM platforms (Iru, Intune, Jamf), identity and access tools (Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory), and ticketing systems. - Are comfortable troubleshooting AV, including conference room systems, cameras, microphones, and TVs, and supporting special event setups. - Understand networking fundamentals and are familiar with common networking devices. - Have experience coordinating and shipping IT equipment to remote employees and offices. - Communicate clearly and patiently with colleagues at every level, and know when and how to escalate an issue. - Prioritize effectively across a busy queue, balancing urgent requests with longer-term projects. - Learn quickly and are excited to help build the IT function, not just maintain it. Bonus: - Experience supporting a Mac-first environment. - Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration. - Exposure to scripting or automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to streamline repetitive tasks. - Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Apple Certified Support Professional, or equivalent). - Experience supporting employees in financial services or other security-conscious environments. WHO YOU ARE - You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup. - You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible. - You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance. - You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity. - You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind. WHY JOIN ROGO? - Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous. - Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance. - A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale. - Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work. - Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
