Applying to Paxos? Our only careers site is paxos.com/careers paxos.com, and we only recruit via @paxos.com paxos.com email. Details below. ___ About Paxos Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it. We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world's leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard, Interactive Brokers and Charles Schwab. About the team The Compliance & Platform Experience team owns the shared surfaces that power trust and usability across Paxos's platform — from identity verification and compliance workflows to the dashboards, notifications, and developer tools that make our platform seamless to integrate with and give partners real product surface area to build on. We sit at the intersection of product, compliance, and engineering, proving that regulatory rigor and a great user experience aren't a tradeoff — they're the same problem. About the role This is a rare seat: full ownership of how Paxos brings the world's largest financial institutions onto its platform. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end onboarding experience — from the identity verification, KYC/KYB, and compliance workflows that bring new customers on, through the dashboard and developer experiences that make integration seamless and get them fully activated. You'll partner directly with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design and Engineering to build the roadmap that turns regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage — including pioneering how AI agents take on compliance work at a scale few companies have attempted. What you'll do - Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation experience — from identity verification and KYC/KYB through a customer's first meaningful use of the platform — partnering closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design, and Engineering - Set the roadmap for the Paxos Dashboard, the primary surface where customers manage their accounts, transact, and access reporting - Shape our compliance AI agent strategy, identifying where automation can replace manual work across onboarding and ongoing operations - Own vendor relationships and integrations across the KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring stack - Build the platform tooling and infrastructure that enables other Paxos teams to deliver five-star experiences in their own products About you - 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company - Hands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm such as an exchange or custodian - Strong grasp of the global regulatory landscape shaping crypto compliance - Skilled at stakeholder management, with a track record of aligning executives around competing priorities - Experience owning a broad, cross-functional portfolio — spanning compliance, operations, money movement, notifications, reporting, and developer tooling - Data-informed in how you prioritize, using metrics to make the case for trade-offs across a wide-ranging portfolio You might also have - Experience evaluating and procuring vendors in a compliance context - History of partnering closely with compliance or legal teams - Familiarity with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or case management tools - End-to-end ownership of KYC/KYB or identity-related product areas Important Notice for Paxos Applicants Fraudulent accounts sometimes pose as Paxos recruiters on LinkedIn and other platforms, and fake websites sometimes impersonate our careers site. These scammers attempt to deceive applicants into paying for job opportunities or providing personal financial information. To verify a legitimate Paxos opportunity: - Our only official careers site is paxos.com/careers paxos.com - We only use @paxos.com paxos.com email addresses - We never ask for payment or financial details to apply, interview, or work here - For technical roles, we do not perform a coding interview without prior screening by our engineering team Thanks for your interest in Paxos!
