Job description
As a Social Media Manager on the Platforms and Devices (P&D) Marketing team, you will lead strategy and execution for Google Chrome. You will grow in ambiguity and operate in a rapidly changing environment. You will have experience running global programs driving business impact through collaboration with both internal talent and external partners. You will understand platform nuances and how to cultivate community engagement through creative messaging. You will possess obsessive attention to detail and visual quality. You are the ultimate multitasker, able to manage heavy workloads efficiently while identifying opportunities to scale and streamline internal operations. You will be resourceful and highly adept at working cross-functionally to achieve goals.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
