Business Development Representative Talent Community at Precisely

Job description

At Precisely, we're not just building software — we're shaping the future of data integrity. As a global leader in data quality, data enrichment, and location intelligence, Precisely helps thousands of the world's most trusted brands make confident decisions with data they can rely on. We're an AI-first organization, which means artificial intelligence isn't a buzzword here — it's woven into how we build products, how we work, and how we think about solving complex problems for our customers. When you join Precisely, you join a team of curious, driven innovators who believe that better data makes the world run better. If you're ready to do meaningful work at the intersection of AI and data — and help define what's possible — we'd love for you to apply! At Precisely, we’re building a network of high-performing, top-tier Business Development talent — the kind of individuals who don’t just hit targets but consistently raise the bar. While we may not have an active opening today, we’re proactively connecting with candidates who align with what we define as “Outbound Excellent” BDRs — individuals who combine discipline, resilience, curiosity, and a relentless drive to win. Why join our BDR Talent Community? Our BDR team plays a mission-critical role in driving growth across the business. This is not a typical entry-level sales role — it’s an opportunity to build a strong foundation in modern, high-impact business development. When opportunities open, you’ll be stepping into an environment that emphasizes: High-performance standards and accountability Strong alignment with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams Thoughtful, strategic prospecting — not just high-volume activity Continuous development through coaching, feedback, and real-world experience Clear pathways for growth into advanced sales roles This is an opportunity for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in sales and want to be surrounded by a team that operates at a high level. What we mean by “Outbound Excellent” We are intentionally selective. The individuals who succeed in this environment tend to demonstrate: Ownership mentality — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity Resilience and grit — you stay consistent through challenges and rejection Curiosity and learning agility — you actively seek to understand customers, industries, and products deeply Strong communication skills — you can earn attention and build credibility quickly Coachability — you welcome feedback and apply it immediately Discipline and consistency — you execute at a high level, every day Smart use of tools and AI — you leverage modern technology to work more effectively Prior experience in business development is helpful, but we care just as much about mindset, potential, and how you approach your work. If this resonates with you and you’re interested in being considered for future BDR opportunities, we’d love to stay connected. Apply to join our talent community and we’ll reach out when there’s a strong match. Many of our top-performing BDRs go on to become Account Executives and sales leaders — this role is the starting point for that journey.
