Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Java Tech Lead / Architect (Microservices & AI) for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: • Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and resilient Java-based microservices. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams. • Drive design reviews, coding standards, and best practices. • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features and automation solutions. • Lead end-to-end solution delivery from design through production support. • Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions. Requirements: • 10+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices. • Hands-on experience with Python. • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications. • Experience leading technical teams and defining enterprise architectures. • Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and distributed systems. • Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture • Python and AI/ML Concepts • Solution Design, Architecture, and Technical Leadership • Candidates should possess strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and VP-level stakeholders.
