Your job is to make Box the place where content-centric work gets automated, adopted and evangelized WHAT YOU'LL DO Work on strategy and roadmap. Set a multi-year vision for enterprise and LOB workflows. Find the highest-value use cases by function and vertical (contract approvals, vendor onboarding, loan origination, claims intake, clinical document exchange, HR case management). Ship the templates, data models, agents, skills and integrations that deliver value in days. Make workflows AI-native. Define how AI agents, extraction, and classification plug into workflows, with human-in-the-loop review, exception handling, and guardrails for accuracy, cost, and trust. Integrate with the ecosystem. Work with partners such as Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP. Shape the APIs, events, and connectors that put Box workflows inside the systems where work already happens. Stay close to customers and go-to-market. Spend real time with customers, sales engineers, and partners, and turn what you hear in the field into clear requirements. Work with product marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, packaging and pricing, launches, and enablement. WHO YOU ARE We are an AI-first company.
