Job description

Why Rogo Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them. This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI. Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us. THE ROLE Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance -and hiring exceptional commercial talent is critical to that mission. We’re hiring a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead searches for Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives and senior sales managers across our global GTM organization. You’ll own these searches end-to-end, from defining the profile and mapping the market to assessing candidates and closing offers. You’ll partner directly with sales leadership to identify people who can navigate complex enterprise sales, build trusted relationships with senior buyers, and help scale an ambitious business. This is a hands-on recruiting role, not a process-management seat. We’re looking for someone who knows what exceptional enterprise sales talent looks like, can earn credibility with experienced candidates, and brings a clear point of view on where to find them and how to hire them. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Lead senior GTM searches end-to-end - Own hiring for Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives and senior sales managers, from kickoff through offer acceptance. - Partner with hiring managers to define the mandate, success profile, and assessment criteria for each role. - Keep searches focused and moving without compromising hiring quality. Build exceptional pipelines - Map relevant companies and talent pools, developing targeted sourcing strategies rather than relying on inbound applications. - Engage high-performing, often passive candidates through thoughtful outreach, referrals, and long-term relationship building. - Look beyond titles and company logos to understand what someone has actually sold, built, and owned. Bring judgment to candidate assessment - Assess enterprise sellers against deal complexity, buyer relationships, sales-cycle ownership, and performance in relevant environments. - Evaluate sales managers for coaching ability, hiring judgment, team performance, and their ability to build—not just inherit—a successful team. - Help hiring teams distinguish strong interview performance from evidence of success in the role. Own the candidate relationship and close - Build credibility with experienced commercial candidates and understand their motivations, priorities, and alternatives. - Partner with sales leadership to deliver a compelling, personalized story about Rogo and the opportunity. - Anticipate objections and lead thoughtful offer and closing conversations. Be a strategic partner to sales leadership - Bring market insight, pipeline data, and candid feedback to hiring discussions. - Challenge assumptions when the profile, process, or expectations are limiting the search. - Build repeatable sourcing and assessment practices while keeping Ashby accurate and candidate experience high. WHAT YOU WILL NEED - A track record of independently owning full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise or Strategic Account Executives and sales managers in high-growth B2B technology businesses. - Strong outbound sourcing skills and experience engaging successful candidates who are not actively looking. - A practical understanding of enterprise sales: complex buying committees, long sales cycles, large contracts, and the difference between landing and expanding an account. - The ability to assess achievement in context—not simply take quota attainment or a recognizable company name at face value. - Experience partnering directly with senior sales leaders, bringing a point of view and influencing hiring decisions. - Strong candidate relationship and closing skills, including navigating competing offers and compensation conversations. - High ownership, clear communication, and the organization to manage several demanding searches at once. Experience recruiting for enterprise AI, financial technology, or companies selling into financial institutions is valuable, but not required. WHO YOU ARE - You know your market. You build relationships, understand talent pools, and have a thoughtful view of where great candidates come from. - You are commercially curious. You want to understand how our customers buy, how our sellers win, and what makes someone successful here. - You combine pace with judgment. You move quickly without confusing activity with progress or lowering the hiring bar. - You are an owner. You solve problems, surface risks early, and follow through. - You are collaborative, thoughtful, and kind. You build trust with candidates and colleagues—and care about getting the outcome right. WHO YOU ARE - You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup. - You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible. - You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance. - You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity. - You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind. WHY JOIN ROGO? - Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous. - Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance. - A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale. - Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work. - Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
