We are a start up, which means no one has time to micro-manage you. That doesn’t mean you won’t receive constant feedback from your leaders and peers. However, it does mean we expect you to be proactive, productive, and relentless at prioritization. There is never a shortage of things to work on at a startup! - A need to give and receive feedback written into their DNA. We want to move fast. The way we move fast is by learning fast. How do we move fast? Feedback.
