About Guidde Guidde is an AI digital adoption platform that serves as the creation and consumption hub for modern organizations. Founded in 2021 by seasoned entrepreneurs, we use generative AI to transform workflows into rich, multi-format documentation in minutes. Our platform helps teams scale knowledge across employees, customers, and even AI systems, turning everyday processes into instant, in-app video guiddes that live where work actually happens. More than 5,500 organizations worldwide, from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, rely on Guidde to reduce support load, accelerate onboarding, and make knowledge accessible on demand. We’re building the future of how knowledge is created, shared, and experienced. The Ideal "Guidder" is like our platform - clear, impactful, and focused on delivering value. We blend a startup environment with sports team principles - strategic in planning, collaborative in execution, and obsessed with customer wins. We value doers who listen more than they talk and who show up ready to play their best game. Ready to make your mark on our roster? Go Guidde! What will you do? Drive high-volume outbound outreach — Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a consistent outbound cadence and generate new pipeline opportunities. Manage inbound and outbound pipeline — Own both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting, bringing pipeline generation in-house. Own a book of business — Manage and prioritize a dedicated book of accounts to maximize conversion and collaboration with AEs. Build scalable SDR processes — Contribute to developing and refining processes as the in-house SDR team scales. Support strategic partnership initiatives — Take on strategic projects with top industry partners to expand growth channels. Collaborate closely with AEs — Increase visibility and iteration by working hand-in-hand with Account Executives on pipeline strategy. What will you need to have? SDR experience at a tech company — 1+ years of SDR experience in a SaaS environment. CRM proficiency — Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC) to manage pipeline and outreach. Sales engagement tool experience — Proficiency with tools like Nooks, Orum, Outreach, or Salesloft to run outbound campaigns. Independence and ownership — Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of processes and results. Resilience and creativity — Ability to creatively navigate objections and stay resilient through high-volume outbound work. Growth trajectory — Motivated to build a track record here that leads into a closing role, like our AE team, as you grow. AI-driven workflow experience — Comfortable leveraging AI tools in day-to-day sales activities. Bonus points if you have: Startup over-performance track record — 2+ years of over-performance as an SDR at a startup with exposure to AI products. Product-led growth exposure — Familiarity with a product-led growth approach to sales. Your journey with Guidde Leave Your Mark : Build in-house pipeline generation from the ground up and help define the SDR playbook as we scale. Work Your Way (Hybrid) : Enjoy a flexible work arrangement based in New York. Innovate Together : Be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team. We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
