Job description

About RealSelf For two decades, RealSelf has been the trusted authority in the aesthetics space. Now, we're evolving into a dynamic digital ecosystem that puts consumers at the center of their aesthetic journey. As the only destination combining verified patient experiences, board-certified expert guidance, and cutting-edge technology, RealSelf empowers millions to make confident, informed decisions about their aesthetic goals. Role Overview We’re looking for a driven, revenue-minded Partnerships Manager to grow RealSelf’s brand partnerships business in NYC. Your main focus is bringing new beauty and wellness brands to RealSelf: prospecting, pitching and closing partnerships across our digital, newsletter, social and experiential channels. You’ll also own renewals for the partners you bring in, and manage those accounts so they grow year over year. You’ll work closely with the VP of Brand Partnerships and cross-functional teams to turn new relationships into long-term revenue. Key Responsibilities New Business: own an annual revenue target weighted toward net new business, sourcing and closing new brand and agency partners in the beauty and wellness space. Build and work a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach, industry relationships, events and agency networks. Lead the sales cycle end to end, from first outreach and discovery through tailored proposals, RFP responses, pricing, negotiation and close. Bring market feedback from prospects to the Sales, Digital and Product teams to help shape new partnership offerings, packaging and pricing. Represent RealSelf at industry events and build relationships with brand and agency decision-makers. Renewals and Growth: own renewals for your book of business, starting renewal conversations early and turning one-off campaigns into repeat and annual programs. Use campaign results to find upsell and expansion opportunities with existing partners. Account Management: oversee the activation of the programs you sell, including newsletters, social campaigns, digital media and events, so that partners get a high-touch experience delivered on time. Set success metrics for each program and deliver post-campaign performance recaps. Keep the pipeline, forecast and CRM up to date, and report on revenue, pacing and account health to the VP of Brand Partnerships. Help create and refresh sales materials such as sell sheets, case studies and pitch decks. Requirements 4-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, integrated media sales or advertising sales, ideally in beauty, health or lifestyle. A proven track record of generating and closing new business and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch. Existing relationships with beauty and wellness brands and/or their agencies are a strong plus. Experience selling integrated, multi-channel programs (content, newsletter, social, events). Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Organized and data-minded, with experience in pipeline management, forecasting and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). NYC-based (Hybrid), able to work from our downtown NYC office two days a week. Why RealSelf? RealSelf exists to help people make confident, informed decisions about procedures that can change how they see themselves, and how the world sees them. Our reviews are raw and honest. Our Q&A connects people directly with verified experts. We care deeply about trust, safety, and transparency in an industry where those things matter. On the heels of a major rebrand, RealSelf is entering a new era of rebuilding and reinvention. This role is an opportunity to help shape the future of a culturally relevant, deeply useful product — and leave a lasting mark on a platform that genuinely matters. Perks & Benefits You'll work alongside our inspiring world-class team to create content and build products that connect and empower millions of people around the world, wherever they may be on their aesthetics journey. Work-life balance: Enjoy paid time off, including no work on your birthday and Summer Fridays, as well as generous leave options for life events such as becoming a parent. 401(k) matching: Plan for the future and take advantage of our 401(k) plan with a company match. Enjoy time off during our 12 company-wide holidays + no work on your birthday! Hybrid NYC office: We recognize that there's no one-size-fits-all with office culture. That's why we believe in a flexible hybrid schedule for our New York City employees, who can enjoy the benefits of in-person collaboration in our office as well as deep work time while remote at home. *Compensation will be evaluated based on experience.
