Strong Salesforce (or similar CRM) competencies; including a solid understanding of data models, building automations/ flows, and sales process configuration. Comfort analyzing data and building dashboards or reports that translate raw information into clear insights. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, pivot quickly when priorities shift, and stay organised under pressure. A naturally curious approach to technology, with a track record of picking up new tools quickly and identifying where processes could be smarter or more efficient.
