Job description

About Fundraise Up We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design. Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver. About The Role The best enterprise sellers don’t wait for opportunities. They create them. If you thrive on breaking into complex organizations, earning executive trust, and closing transformational deals, you'll fit right in at Fundraise Up. This is a true hunting role: building pipeline, navigating buying committees, and helping major universities and higher ed institutions transform how they fundraise. We coach hard, celebrate wins, learn from losses, and expect continuous improvement at every level. If six-figure deals and executive conversations energize you, let's talk. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and marketing-generated opportunities. Own the entire sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement. Lead thoughtful discovery that uncovers business challenges, not just product requirements. Earn the trust of VP and President-level executives by leading consultative, business-first conversations. Build account strategies that create momentum across complex buying committees. Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to win deals. Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations that connect our platform to measurable business outcomes. Navigate RFPs, procurement, legal, and commercial negotiations with confidence. Consistently exceed your annual quota while raising the bar for the entire team. This role includes up to 25% travel. At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate. Skills and Qualifications You’ve built a career selling complex enterprise software and have the results to prove it. A track record of consistently exceeding quota. Experience closing six-figure SaaS deals with Higher Education organizations. Confidence selling to executive-level buyers and navigating multiple stakeholders. A team-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed. You’ll Thrive Here If You… Love the hunt more than the handoff. Get excited about building pipeline instead of waiting for it. Ask better questions than your competitors. Enjoy solving business problems, not just giving product demos. View feedback as fuel for improvement. Take ownership when things get hard. Care as much about your teammates winning as you do about hitting your own number. Bring grit, humility, and positive energy every day.
