Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Full Stack Java Developer for their Jersey City¸ NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: • Responsible for making an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js technologies. • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies. • Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices that support business-critical applications. • Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization. • Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams by resolving technical challenges and supporting successful delivery. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, and software development lifecycle processes. • Contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiatives when applicable. Requirements: • The successful candidate will be a valued member of the application development team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams to build high-quality digital solutions. • 8+ years of experience in full stack application development with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development. • Strong hands-on experience in Java application development using Spring Boot. • Proven experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices. • Strong understanding of software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. • Experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality standards. • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments. • Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams. • Experience implementing AI Chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. • Exposure to Generative AI technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments. • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions. • Top 3 skills required for this role: • Java • Microservices (MSB) • React JS • Years of Experience: • 8+Years of Experience Why Should You Apply? • Health Benefits • Referral Program • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
