WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 6+ years of product management experience building and shipping software products. - Experience owning 0→1 products, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration. - Strong project management and execution skills, with experience driving complex cross-functional work. - Strong technical fluency and experience partnering closely with software engineering teams. - Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or a strong understanding of modern AI product development. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and product judgment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with significant ownership. - Early-stage startup experience building products and processes from the ground up. HIGHLY DESIRED - Healthcare, digital health, or other regulated-industry experience. - Experience building AI-native or generative AI products. - Experience with clinician- or patient-facing products. - Familiarity with EHRs, FHIR/HL7, or healthcare interoperability. - Experience working with clinical, regulatory, or quality teams.
