Job description

ABOUT THRIVE MARKET Thrive Market was founded in 2014 with a mission to make healthy and sustainable living easy and affordable for everyone. As an online, membership-based market, we deliver the highest quality healthy, and sustainable products at member-only prices, while matching every paid membership with a free one for someone in need. Every day, we leverage innovative technology and member-first thinking to help our over 1,600,000+ members find better products, support better brands, and build a better world in the process. We are also a Certified B Corporation, a Public Benefit Corporation, and a Climate Neutral Certified company. Join us as we bring healthy and sustainable living to millions of Americans in the years to come. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager on our Product Management team, you'll own a consumer-facing part of the Thrive Market experience end to end, the moments where members most want clarity and confidence in their shopping journey. You'll set the roadmap, run the experimentation program, and drive measurable outcomes for your product area, working daily with a core team that includes a product designer, an analytics partner, an engineering manager, and a group of engineers. Because member experience gets attention from across the company, your decisions will be visible well beyond your immediate team. Responsibilities Set the roadmap and strategy for your product area, identifying the biggest sources of member friction across the shopping journey and turning them into prioritized, measurable improvements. Build and run an experimentation program for this surface: identify opportunities, design A/B tests, analyze results, and compound gains over time. Work daily with your core pod, a product designer, analytics partner, engineering manager, and 6 to 10 engineers, to ship product changes quickly. Present strategy and defend trade-offs to senior leaders, given how closely this part of the member experience is watched across the company. Prioritize based on analytics, member insights, and experiment results rather than opinion. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products, including 2+ years at the senior level owning a high-traffic surface (for example search, browse, checkout, subscription, or personalization) for a recognizable consumer technology company. A track record of shipping consumer-facing products used directly by customers, on web or mobile. Experience running A/B tests and building measurement rigor, able to separate signal from noise and defend conclusions statistically. Ability to bring clarity and member-first thinking to ambiguous, fast-moving environments, including navigating cross-team communication to drive decisions. Experience partnering closely with engineering and data science or analytics teams to turn experiment results into shipped product changes. Comfortable working hands-on with product analytics and experimentation tooling to analyze funnel data and measure impact directly. Nice to Have Experience with personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven product features Background in health, wellness, grocery, CPG, or mission-driven consumer brands Experience building or scaling auto-ship, Subscribe & Save, or recurring order programs Familiarity with habit-loop mechanics, behavioral product design, or customer lifecycle frameworks BELONG TO A BETTER COMPANY Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability) Competitive salary (DOE) + equity 401k Employer Match 9 Days of Observed Holidays Flexible Paid Time Off Subsidized ClassPass Membership with access to fitness classes and wellness and beauty experiences Ability to work in our beautiful office in Playa Vista Free Thrive Market membership with exclusive employee discount Coverage for Life Coaching & Therapy Sessions on our holistic mental health and well-being platform We're a community of more than 1 Million + members who are united by a singular belief: It should be easy to find better products, support better brands, make better choices, and build a better world in the process.
