Job description
Visier is the global leader in Workforce Intelligence that powers every people decision. We bring Workforce AI to life for HR departments through our award-winning, agentic AI technology by surfacing the insights leaders need to plan, decide, and act with confidence in the moments that matter most. As the market leader in people analytics, workforce planning, organizational design, and manager effectiveness solutions, we fuel smarter decision-making for organizations across the globe. Our mission is to help businesses lead with insight at scale as they continuously transform. Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, we have over 85,000 customers in 75 countries—including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Domino’s Pizza, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company. Position Overview: As an Account Executive for our Embedded team, you will own the end-to-end sales process for new logo-based clients in North America, acting as a crucial driver in an outcomes-based selling motion.
Visier provides foundational technology for our embedded partners to commercialize workforce data, accelerate AI innovation and unlock valuable insight using a purpose-built context layer.
You will leverage advanced relationship building and strategic communication skills, paired with knowledge of modern GTM practices, to generate a consistent pipeline, influence executive stakeholders, secure new embedded partners and drive revenue growth.
Through this work you’ll enable our partners to drive value for their customers and realize quantifiable outcomes while helping Visier achieve sales objectives in the North America region for our embedded products.
What You Will Deliver:
Pipeline Development & Control: Own and control the sales process for Visier’s embedded solutions across key verticals, consistently achieving annual sales quotas based on annual contract value.
Outcomes-Based Alignment: Utilize effective research and sales discovery techniques to identify a prospect’s strategic priorities, tying Visier's value directly to their desired outcomes.
Strategic GTM Guidance: Recommend and guide packaging decisions and go-to-market strategies for each partner’s embedded implementation to ensure optimal value realization.
Commercial Creativity: Strategically address financial objections and blockers by reframing current ways of thinking about budget, cost of inaction, and build vs. buy considerations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively partner with internal Visier teams and stakeholders to establish credibility, develop compelling business cases, and ultimately deliver on our partnership commitments.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Education & Experience: 7+ years of established success selling complex cloud-based solutions (Embedded/OEM or PaaS preferred).
Outcomes-Based Sales Mastery: Mastery of foundational sales skills (MEDDPICC or MEDDIC) combined with a strategic understanding of complex business challenges to close strategic accounts.
Creative Conflict & Communication: The ability to share your unique perspective, openly debate ideas to find the best solutions, and authentically engage with C-level executives.
Drive to Win: A goal-focused mentality where you take smart risks, move fast, and stay hungry to win as a team.
Independent Execution: Proven ability to work independently, receiving little instruction on day-to-day work, while selecting the best methods and techniques for closing customer deals.
Learning Agility: A continuous learning mindset where if you don't get it right the first time, you learn and try again.
What We Value:
You roll up your sleeves
You make it easy
You are proud
You never stop learning
You play to win
