You will set the standard for quality and efficiency in product development. - Website & Brand Stewardship: Take ownership of our public-facing Beam Impact website, built on Framer. You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and designing new pages to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. - Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and creative direction to a junior integrations designer, helping them grow their skills and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work on embedded components and integration touchpoints. - Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the Beam Impact brand identity, ensuring visual and experiential consistency across all product and marketing touchpoints. - Marketing & Sales Design: Create compelling marketing assets to drive growth, including sales decks, emails templates, case studies, social media content, and marketing assets.
