Job description

About the Role We're seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team at InfiniteChoice. You'll lead the design and development of cloud-native software solutions that serve millions of users and power billions in transaction volume. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll own the complete software development lifecycle from solution design and implementation through testing, production deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. AI-driven development is a core part of how we build software. You'll leverage modern AI development tools and agentic workflows throughout the engineering lifecycle to accelerate development, improve quality, automate testing, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve production systems. We're looking for engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with an AI-first mindset using AI as a force multiplier while maintaining ownership of architecture, code quality, security, reliability and business outcomes. What You Will Do AI-Driven End-to-End Product Development • Design : Partner with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical designs, leveraging AI to accelerate requirements analysis, solution exploration, technical specifications and implementation planning. • Development : Build scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, Vue.js/React, JavaScript/TypeScript and cloud-native technologies while leveraging AI-assisted development and agentic coding workflows to accelerate implementation. • Code Quality : Leverage AI-assisted code reviews and analysis to identify defects, security risks, architectural inconsistencies, code duplication and opportunities for greater component and service reusability. • Testing : Use AI to develop and continuously improve comprehensive automated testing across unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing. • Deployment : Own applications through production deployment using automated CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices, leveraging AI-driven automation where appropriate. • Monitoring & Operations : Own production health through observability, performance monitoring, alerting and incident response, using AI-assisted analysis to accelerate troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation. • Continuous Improvement : Use production telemetry, customer behavior, incidents and engineering metrics to identify opportunities to continuously improve product quality, reliability, performance and maintainability. Cloud-Native Software Development • Architect and develop scalable services using Node.js and modern application frameworks. • Build dynamic, responsive user experiences using Vue.js/React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. • Design APIs, services and integration patterns that enable reusable capabilities across applications. • Build serverless and containerized applications for scalable cloud deployment. • Design software for performance, security, resilience, observability and maintainability. • Apply strong architectural principles and engineering judgment when evaluating and validating AI-generated solutions. Technical Excellence & AI-First Engineering • Champion AI-driven software engineering practices across the complete development lifecycle. • Continuously experiment with and adopt modern AI development tools, coding agents, and engineering automation that improve developer productivity and software quality. • Treat AI-generated code with the same engineering rigor as human-written code, ensuring solutions meet architectural, security, performance, testing, and maintainability standards. • Write clean, modular, reusable and maintainable code following established engineering standards. • Identify opportunities to create reusable components, services, patterns, and automation rather than duplicating solutions across products. • Participate in technical design and code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Contribute to architecture decisions and platform improvements. • Share effective AI-assisted engineering techniques and best practices across the team. Collaboration & Ownership • Take full ownership of features and services from concept and technical design through production deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization. • Work closely with Product, Design, Platform, CloudOps and other engineering teams to deliver business outcomes. • Proactively identify and remove technical blockers rather than waiting for direction. • Communicate technical concepts, design decisions, risks, and trade-offs effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrate strong ownership and urgency in driving deliverables through the finish line. • Build solutions and documentation that enable other engineers to understand, maintain, and extend your work. What You Must Have Core Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in server-side JavaScript/TypeScript development with Node.js. • Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and/or React. • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, API design, and distributed application architecture. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments. • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. • Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native applications; experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus. • Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and modern DevOps practices. • Hands-on experience using AI-powered software development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or comparable coding agents as part of day-to-day software development. • Demonstrated ability to use AI effectively across multiple stages of the software development lifecycle not simply for code generation. Self-Driven Excellence • Strong engineering fundamentals and the judgment to critically evaluate, test and improve AI-generated solutions. • Independent problem solver capable of taking ambiguous problems from concept through production. • Strong sense of ownership and urgency with a track record of driving work through completion. • AI-first and continuous-learning mindset with curiosity for emerging engineering technologies and development practices. • Commitment to building high-quality, thoroughly tested, maintainable software. • Collaborative approach with a strong belief in teamwork, knowledge sharing, and collective ownership. Education, Experience & Mindset • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience. • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience. • Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving engineering environment. • Passion for building exceptional user experiences. • Commitment to engineering excellence across architecture, code quality, automated testing, documentation, deployment, and production operations. What We Offer • Opportunity to shape the technical direction of a rapidly growing company • Remote-first culture with flexibility to work from anywhere • Collaborative, innovation-focused culture that values continuous learning • Chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and solve complex technical challenges • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package About InfiniteChoice InfiniteChoice was founded to help people find the experiences they want simply and effortlessly. We leverage a new type of business model and platform that uniquely applies automation and technology to solve the challenges of scale and complexity in experience discovery. Existing business and marketing technologies can no longer handle the demands of connecting millions of consumers with vast inventories of experiences across a fragmented, global marketplace of people, partners, and providers. Our mission is to disrupt this status quo by creating seamless connections between consumers and experiences. We're just at the beginning of this journey, but our approach is working: we've helped over 275 million visitors connect to millions of experiences, generating over $2 billion in revenue for our brands and partners.
