Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Scrum Master & Release Lead (AI) for their Charlotte, NC/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: • Lead and facilitate scaled Agile planning events, including BRP, I&A, and monthly planning sessions. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business objectives. • Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and release activities across teams. • Drive Agile execution through established rhythms, routines, and delivery metrics. • Promote AI tool adoption, DORA metrics, and technology modernization initiatives. • Optimize feature backlog management and value stream flow. • Coach teams on Agile practices, SDLC, product operating models, and organizational guidelines. • Develop and utilize dashboards and success metrics to improve predictability and roadmap delivery.
