Job description

LEAD THE FUTURE OF DENTISTRY. Overjet is the world-leader in dental AI. Already, thousands of dental providers and insurers rely on our platform to deliver the best possible care. Now, we’re looking for talented people to fulfill our mission: improve oral health for all. Overjet is where builders become leaders. Everyone here loves to make new things: new products, new partnerships, new content, and a new category of AI technology. And as Overjet grows ridiculously fast, so will you. Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us! THE MISSION AND THE HARD PART Dentistry is a MANY BILLION DOLLAR industry whose marketing all looks the same. Stock smiles, blue gradients, a dentist pointing at an X-ray. The people we need to reach, dental practice owners and Dental Service Organziation executives, have learned to scroll past it in under a second. We want you to make the first dental content they stop for. You'll help set the creative vision for everything that carries Overjet's name: the look, the voice, the bar. Then you'll make the flagship work yourself, script to storyboard to final cut, directing AI video in Runway, Higgsfield, and whatever ships next. Then you'll build a bench of freelance creators who can do it with you. The audience is skeptical of AI, already makes decent content of its own, and will punish anything that looks AI-sloppy or clinically incorrect. You're building the function and the standard at the same time, and you'll have to defend your point of view to leadership while the performance data checks your work. If that sounds like the job you've been waiting for, keep reading. If you want a big team and a mature system to apply, this isn't it. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - The creative vision for AI-made video and visuals, and the call on what ships and what dies, including your own work - Flagship campaign pieces, concept to final cut - The creator bench: finding, briefing, directing, and paying freelancers and our social contractor, and making their work better - The creative testing loop with Demand Gen: which concepts scale in paid and organic, what gets made next - How our story lands with four audiences (SMB, private practice, enterprise, DSO), turning customer wins, research, and launches into things Sales and customers want to share - The rules for generative AI in healthcare: accurate claims, no deceptive use of anyone's likeness, nothing published for shock value What Makes the Right Candidate Keep Reading You've originated and shipped creative that performed, not just executed someone else's concept, ideally somewhere you built the process as you went. 6+ years in creative production or direction, 2+ directing other creators, a portfolio of finished AI video. You give feedback that makes other people's work better. You don't need to know dentistry. You need to be willing to study an audience until you can predict what it watches. Experience working in-house at a SaaS company is a plus. Previous experience managing a team of influencers and content creators is a plus! Why Overjet? - Competitive Compensation and Equity - Hybrid workplace that provides flexibility, vibrant in-person workspaces, and the ability to build strong connections across all of Overjet - regardless of location - 401k plans with a matching program - Medical, Dental and Vision coverage: 99% employee premium covered, 75% dependent premium covered - Life and AD+D Insurance - 8 weeks Paid Parental Leave - Optional HSA with Employer contribution - Flexible Time Off and company paid holidays Our Hybrid Workplace We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.
