Key Responsibilities • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities. • Monitor project profitability and prepare Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports. • Manage cash flow forecasting and financial reporting. • Support long-term financial strategy and business planning. • Partner with executive leadership to improve financial processes and operational efficiency. • Ensure accurate financial controls and compliance with accounting standards. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CPA designation preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of senior-level accounting or finance leadership experience. • Experience within architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or other project-based professional services is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of: • Financial planning and forecasting • Budgeting • Project accounting • Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting • Cash flow management • Financial reporting and internal controls • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Must currently reside within commuting distance of West Palm Beach, FL. • Relocation assistance is not available. Security Clearance Required: No Visa Candidate Considered: No Compensation Base Salary - USD $100,000 to $120,000
