Job description

Organic Growth & Partnerships Lead Location: New York, NY (Onsite, 5 Days/Week) Employment Type: Full-Time Base Salary: 120,000–175,000 + Competitive Equity Experience: 3–5 Years About the Opportunity We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company seeking an Organic Growth & Partnerships Lead to build and scale organic customer acquisition from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on growth marketer who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys experimenting with new channels, and knows how to turn creative ideas into measurable customer growth. You'll own organic growth across social media, content, partnerships, press, referrals, and search, with significant autonomy to develop strategies, test new approaches, and scale what works. Working closely with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's growth trajectory. What You'll Do • Build and scale organic and earned channels, including social media, press, and content, to grow audiences and drive customer acquisition through compounding growth loops. • Develop and manage partnerships with creators, industry associations, and platforms to reach new customers. • Build referral, affiliate, and customer advocacy programs that turn satisfied customers into growth drivers. • Own SEO and AI Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to increase visibility and organic discovery. • Experiment with new channels and growth initiatives, quickly evaluating results and scaling successful approaches. • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering to identify opportunities for sustainable, compounding growth. • Create and produce organic content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, including short-form video. Required Qualifications • Early-Stage Startup Experience: Demonstrated experience building and scaling organic growth programs at an early-stage, venture-backed startup, ideally Series A–C. • Organic Growth Expertise: Approximately 3–5 years of organic growth marketing experience, with direct responsibility for developing and executing growth initiatives. • Organic Social Growth: Proven hands-on experience growing organic social channels, including platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • B2C Marketing: Experience marketing to non-technical consumers through channels such as organic social media, press, partnerships, and newsletters. • Measurable Results: A track record of building organic acquisition programs from an early stage and demonstrating measurable audience growth and customer acquisition. • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top 50 U.S. university. • Location: Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate and work onsite five days per week. We're looking for someone who has personally built and executed growth initiatives, not simply managed external agencies or overseen established marketing programs. Successful candidates will be comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and building new initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience growing a marketplace business. • Existing relationships with creators, media outlets, or press contacts. • Hands-on content creation experience, particularly shooting and producing short-form video. • Experience using SEO tools, analytics platforms, content management systems, and AI answer engine optimization strategies. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: 120,000–175,000, depending on experience. • Competitive equity / stock options. • 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance. • 401(k) with employer match. • Unlimited PTO. • Daily lunch and dinner provided. • Relocation assistance for candidates moving to New York City. • Collaborative office environment with outdoor workspace. • Team offsites and company social events. Work Arrangement & Visa Support This is a full-time, onsite position in Manhattan, New York City, requiring five days per week in the office. Candidates must currently live in New York City or be willing to relocate. The company is open to visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers. Why Join? You'll have the opportunity to join a growing, venture-backed company at an early stage, work directly with experienced operators, and take meaningful ownership of its organic growth strategy. This isn't a role focused on maintaining an established marketing playbook. It's an opportunity to build, experiment, execute, and see the direct impact of your work. If you've successfully built organic growth programs at an early-stage startup and want the freedom to create the next phase of growth, we'd love to hear from you.
