Proactively guide working teams (Commercial, Customer Marketing, Data Science) through design, execution and analysis of transformational experiments. Own the feedback loop from experiment design to business action, ensuring insights are translated into stakeholder decisions. Partner with other analytics teams (generosity analytics, performance and insights) on continuous hypothesis development. Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching them on experimental design, stakeholder communication, and analytical rigor. Ensure that best practices and methodologies are applied to all generosity experiments, consulting on novel problems and ensuring we maintain statistical rigor without sacrificing speed. Be a key stakeholder for experimentation tooling development. Articulate what our team needs from the platform, identifying gaps and requirements that will help us move faster and smarter. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership, ensuring experimentation insights directly inform strategy and business priorities.
