About Us
Oracle Health is on a journey to advance how health happens with technologies that empower patients, support clinicians, inspire innovation, and save lives. Our mission? To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.
It’s a big challenge, but big challenges are what we do best! We’re already transforming major healthcare organizations — helping them turn data into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.
We want people just as dedicated as we are to improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe. If you’re excited about making healthcare more human, you’ve come to the right place.
About the Role:
Oracle Health is looking for a Senior Technology Architect who has strong experience in managing integrated technology deployments of Hardware, Software, and Services for external clients in the US and Canada Commercial markets. This role has a specific focus on Medical Device Integration and empowering the team through high-volume Consulting led installations for expansions and replacements. As a Senior Integrated Technology Architect, you are bridging the gap between IP and Implementation (Consulting). You are the last tier of support for technical problems that arise on our team and engage other internal stakeholders when required. Additionally, you will facilitate technical discovery and provide expertise based on the client specific environment, while also establishing client relationships with the goal of achieving high level client satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
•
As a Senior Integrated Technologies Architect on the CareAware Device Integration team, you will be responsible for providing consulting implementation services to clients throughout North America for medical device connectivity products.
•
Your responsibilities and expertise will be across multiple products. Services include the integrated technology deployments of hardware, software, and clinical workflow consulting.
•
As a member of the CareAware Device Integration track you will be focused on collaboratively guiding clients with add-on, optimization, and alpha deployments of integrated devices in various clinical settings.
•
You will lead the development and enhancement of CareAware products, methodologies, documentation, and best practices for technical implementations.
•
You will also be responsible for collaborating across organizations with IP and strategy to enhance, identify defects, and update documentation across our products.
•
You will establish internal and external relationships to create a high level of client satisfaction via client delivery while also providing coaching and guidance to internal stakeholders in areas of product expertise.
•
You will support clients through regular project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support across multiple products.
•
You will own technical implementation escalations by troubleshooting device integration issues, assessing risk, and mitigating findings throughout client engagements in partnership with engagement management.
•
This role requires managing multiple work assignments and meeting utilization targets. This role requires strong oral and written communication skills, including a high level of comfort interacting with clinical, IT, and biomedical equipment staff on the client side up to the Executive and C-Suite level.
What You Will Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
•
At least 8 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience
