Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Java Backend Engineer for their McLean, VA location. Requirements: • Java expert, AWS (Glu, RDS and Spark) • Prior Client Experience: Must • Former Client contractors: Candidates should have prior Client experience and familiarity with the organization’s environment and processes. • Availability: The focus is on former Client contractors whose current assignments are ending soon. • Martin is not looking for candidates who are actively working at Client. • Ability to hit the ground running: The individual needs to understand the environment quickly and help complete the remaining program work without extensive onboarding. • Program closeout experience: The candidate must be capable of helping wrap up the outstanding work before the program concludes in February 2027. • Good com skills Why Should You Apply? • Health Benefits • Referral Program • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
