Job description

US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls. We’re getting there by empowering customers. All three major networks on one phone and one plan, plus home internet from Starlink. No lock-in. No commitments. Custom fit plans at every price point. 24/7 customer support with real people, empowered to help. We get real-time feedback from Reddit , surveys, and customer support informing product roadmaps and everything we do. It’s working — Consumer Reports named us the top-rated mobile carrier two years in a row.* And we’re building innovative systems that scale. A network agnostic tech stack. Agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This work isn’t for everyone. If you work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively — without compromising standards — we want to hear from you. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own how people discover US Mobile, sign up, and become long-term customers. You’ll drive measurable improvement across our growth loops by building and optimizing experiments and product changes across our marketing, web and app experiences. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll work directly with engineering, design, data, and growth to find the biggest growth opportunities, ship changes quickly, and build the experiments, channels, and lifecycle systems that compound over time. You’ll be deep in the product, deciding what to build and shipping it. You’ve built and scaled growth systems before and want to do it again. You’re strong with data and get into it yourself, but you pair that with customer-obsessed product judgment and empathy for users. You move, take ownership and would like to make an impact. What You'll Do: Own key growth levers in the discovery, signup, activation and promotional surfaces. Deliver the highest-impact opportunities across consideration, sign up and life cycle decision points, and then improve them. Run experiments end-to-end. Form the hypothesis, design the test, ship it, read the results, and roll out what works. Build and scale growth loops. Optimize our engagement and growth loops that compound over time. Improve activation and retention. Get customers to value faster, and give them reasons to stay. Partner across the company to ship fast. Work directly with engineering, design, data, and marketing to move growth changes quickly across web and app. Build the tools growth depends on. Work with engineering on the experimentation setup, event tracking, and lifecycle tooling the team needs to learn from every change. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience, with several years focused on growth — owning acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization. You’ve built and scaled growth or acquisition systems before, with measurable results. You own experiments end-to-end and are fluent with product analytics (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) — you define the metric, design the test, and read the results yourself. Strong with data and paired with real-world product judgment and empathy for users; you know when to trust the numbers and when to trust qualitative signals. You know when to take a big swing with limited data versus optimize what already works, and can explain your reasoning. You move fast and operate with high ownership in a fast-changing environment. A strong communicator who can align engineering, design, data, and marketing without formal authority. You create organization and direction from a set of problems, leading your team towards a clear and well-developed end goal. Preferred Qualifications: You’ve built multi-channel acquisition across growth marketing, product-led growth, SEO/ASO, referrals, and lifecycle. You’ve stood up an experimentation program or culture from scratch. Experience with pricing and packaging, churn and reactivation, or onboarding optimization. Background at a high-growth consumer, subscription, or marketplace company. Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary; onsite Monday–Wednesday. Gym reimbursement. Free cellular service on the best network in the US. Free lunch in the NYC office and a fully stocked kitchen. MetroCard reimbursement. Flexible working hours. Think you're a good fit?
