Job description

Frontera is reimagining how children with autism and other behavioral health needs get the care they deserve. We bring together world-class clinicians, technologists, and autism specialists to build cutting-edge AI tools that help care teams work smarter and spend more time with the children and families who need them most. Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and designed for the real-world needs of behavioral health teams - from psychologists to ABA therapists. By combining evidence-based care with powerful technology, we’re expanding access to high-quality services for families everywhere. Our Mission Frontera exists to close the care gap: every child, no matter where they live, should be able to access effective behavioral healthcare. Role Overview Frontera is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead our expansion into a repeatable, sellable product for enterprise and provider partners. We prove new agentic care models inside our own clinics before we build them into technology for the broader market. You'll own the discipline of turning what's proven into a product other organizations can run on, backed by clinical outcomes data no point-solution vendor can replicate. What You'll Own Own the B2B product roadmap: translate agentic care workflows proven inside Frontera's clinics into a generalized, packaged product for external provider partners Define and drive Frontera's B2B packaging and business model strategy, turning platform capability into a clear, sellable offering Protect a core sequencing discipline in partnership with our vertical product team: prove it in the clinic, then generalize to the platform, so speed to market never comes at the expense of clinical validation Shape how Frontera's proprietary clinical dataset and unified data model translate into product value and differentiation for partners Partner directly with Engineering and AI/ML leadership to keep product and technical roadmaps coherent as our agent architecture scales and to make sure what's on the roadmap is genuinely buildable in the sequence proposed Act as a clarity-and-alignment point between Sales, Clinical, and Engineering when priorities pull in different directions, surfacing tradeoffs explicitly rather than letting ambiguity sit unresolved Define requirements for human-in-the-loop approve/return and confidence/override experiences alongside our design team Build the B2B product management function from the ground up: process, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment What We're Looking For Required Experience 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time at the staff level owning complex B2B roadmaps A demonstrated track record generalizing something proven in a narrow context into a repeatable product sold more broadly Experience operating in a regulated, trust-sensitive category such as healthcare or fintech Experience partnering directly with Engineering and ML/AI teams to translate technical capability into shippable product value, not just handing off requirements Strong written and verbal communication; able to drive alignment and clarity across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales without formal authority over all of them Preferred Experience with agentic or AI-native product patterns: human-in-the-loop approval, confidence scoring, override flows Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or provider-facing enterprise software Experience standing up a new product line inside an already-shipping company, rather than at true zero-to-one Traits That Matter Here Comfortable being the connective tissue between a proven vertical and a scaling platform, without treating the boundary as fixed Systems mindset. Reduces chaos into a sequenced roadmap rather than reacting to whichever team is loudest High ownership in ambiguity Genuinely energized by actively partnering with cross functional teams day to day, not just reviewing their output Why This Role Matters Frontera's advantage isn't just our technology. It's the proprietary dataset and clinical outcomes we generate by operating our own care alongside our AI platform. This role is where that advantage becomes a product: you'll take what we prove works for children and families inside our clinics and turn it into something the broader market can access. Getting this right is what turns Frontera from a single-vertical operator into a category-defining platform company. We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
