Commercial Insurance Product Manager

• We’ve recently helped this team add to its product organization—and they’re not done building.
• We’re looking for a Product Manager with commercial insurance experience who wants to help create products from the ground up and see them through to launch.
• You’ll work across underwriting, actuarial, legal, operations, and technology to turn ideas into market-ready insurance products—from coverage and rules through implementation.
• Develop and refine commercial insurance products, forms, and requirements.
• Translate underwriting strategy into clear, executable rules.
• Navigate regulatory requirements across admitted and non-admitted business.
• Own multiple initiatives from concept through launch.
• Work cross-functionally to turn ideas into products that work in the real world.
• Commercial P&C or specialty insurance experience.
• Product development, product management, underwriting, forms, or compliance experience.
• Understanding of how insurance products move from concept to implementation.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward action.
• You’ll be building—not just managing. Join a growing insurance product team where your work directly shapes what gets brought to market.
• U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
