Job description

• Candidate should have experience with Payments and Banking domain. • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of banking and payments technology projects including ACH, wire transfers, RTP, SWIFT, card payments, and payment gateway integrations. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of secure and compliant payment solutions. • Manage project planning, sprint execution, risk tracking, resource allocation, and status reporting using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable payment processing systems, API integrations, transaction monitoring, and banking platform enhancements. • Ensure compliance with banking and payment industry standards including PCI-DSS, NACHA, regulatory requirements, and secure transaction processing best practices.
