7+ Years Fremont, CA, USA Full-Time Responsibilities: • Own and manage data product initiatives in partnership with Data Engineering and business teams. • Develop a strong understanding of data models, data pipelines, and dashboard/reporting environments. • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and product requirements. • Use Linear (or similar project tracking tools) for sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking. • Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, risks, and dependencies. • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and communicate project updates • Oversee dashboard maintenance and enhancements to ensure reporting accuracy and business alignment. • Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of data-focused products. Required Skills: • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with data or analytics products. • Strong understanding of data models, dashboards/reporting, and Data Engineering workflows. • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs. • Hands-on experience with Linear, Jira, or similar project management tools. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with Analytics/Data teams is highly preferred.
