Organizational Leadership: Establish new organizational standards, mentor team members, and drive joint product/marketing strategies with internal executives.
Competency & Experience Profile
Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales or account management, with 7+ years selling/managing directly within commercial banking or fintech.
Operating Level: Operating as a peer to senior bank executives and enterprise sales leadership.
Domain Knowledge: Institutional-level domain authority in commercial banking, corporate treasury, real-time payments, and enterprise fintech architectures.
