Job description

About Eudia: Eudia is redefining the future of legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, enabling Fortune 500 legal teams to move faster, manage risk more effectively, and unlock new business value. Backed by $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re building a category-defining platform that blends AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal from a cost center into a strategic growth driver. At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation. We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal —we’d love to meet you. The Role: We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer. This critical role involves a blend of UX research and product design responsibilities focused on developing legal intelligence products for Fortune 500 companies. You'll be diving deep into understanding how enterprise users interact with AI-powered technology and translating these insights into compelling, user-friendly designs. Key Responsibilities: Create and refine design mock-ups and prototypes, utilizing tools such as Figma, to bring concepts to life and facilitate user envisioning. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, ensuring designs are both technically feasible and aligned with business objectives. Continuously advocate for user-centric design approaches throughout the development process, ensuring the final product resonates with the target audience. Develop and present product marketing materials that summarize insights from research activities, effectively communicating the value proposition to customers. Undertake regular customer interviews and time and motion studies with design partners to gather feedback, validate prototypes, and gain a thorough understanding of user behavior. Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, shaping the development of intuitive, user-centered designs. When needed, conduct comprehensive UX research to deeply understand the behaviors, preferences, concerns, and workflows of lawyers, utilizing methods like surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests, and 1:1 interviews. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably within technology or legal technology sectors. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products in ambiguous and deadline-driven environments. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma). A passion for AI, legal technology, transformation, or disruptive service models. Relevant academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or similar fields. Ability and willingness to work on-site in our Palo Alto office five days per week. Compensation Range: $170K - $240K The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. This is a base salary compensation range and we encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
