Job description

About Rimes Rimes provides the Intelligence Fabric for Capital Markets, a trusted data network and intelligence architecture that transforms fragmented data, operations and workflows into decision-grade intelligence. The world’s leading institutional investors, asset managers, and service providers rely on Rimes to help them make better investment decisions that power more than US$ 75 trillion in AUM annually. THE ROLE As an Account Executive, you help drive new-logo acquisition, pipeline growth, and account expansion across Rimes' B2B enterprise Investment Data solutions business. Working alongside senior managers, you will prospect and qualify new opportunities, grow existing accounts, and track the pipeline and conversion metrics that power a modern SaaS go-to-market motion. This role carries an individual sales quota of $500,000–$1,000,000 in annual recurring revenue (ARR). You'll build pipeline from both marketing-sourced (MQL/SQL) and self-generated leads. In addition, you will support senior managers through enterprise deal cycles to close and keep opportunity data clean and current in the CRM. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify new-logo opportunities through outbound effort and marketing-sourced (MQL/SQL) leads, building a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and advancing deals through the funnel — with senior support on non-standard or complex enterprise opportunities. Support Account Management: Partner with senior Client Management managers to set meetings, drive follow-ups, and deepen relationships across the existing account base, surfacing upsells and cross-sell signals. Drive Deal Execution: Coordinate the moving parts of the close — pricing, approvals, and hand-offs with Sales Ops, Professional Services, and Legal — to keep enterprise deals moving to signature. Build Client-Facing Materials: Prepare and present sharp, tailored pitch decks, pricing, and sales collateral for targeted outreach and enterprise sales cycles. Own Sales Reporting & CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data in the CRM, track key sales metrics, and prepare clean, decision-ready reporting for senior managers and revenue forecasting. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Education: A college diploma or university degree in business, finance, or economics. MEDDPICC or equivalent sales training is a nice-to-have. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to engage clients and internal stakeholders across seniority levels; solid technical aptitude and analytical rigor, comfortable working with data and metrics; and excellent interpersonal and active-listening skills, paired with a collaborative, coachable mindset and sharp attention to detail. Software: Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and modern GTM tooling, including Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, and Yoodli. Hands-on fluency with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate research, prospecting, and client-facing preparation. Experience: 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, SDR/BDR, account management, or customer success, ideally at a financial technology or enterprise SaaS company, with exposure to institutional or buy-side clients preferred. WHY THIS ROLE This is a rare opportunity to build a career in B2B enterprise SaaS sales at a high-growth financial technology company. You'll learn the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation through close — inside a modern, metrics-driven go-to-market organization, working alongside experienced senior managers with real ownership of a quota and pipeline from day one. Hands-on experience across the full sales cycle — prospecting, account support, and closing — with mentorship from senior managers. A clear path to grow into a senior sales role as you build your track record. Competitive base salary and uncapped performance-based incentive compensation. Comprehensive benefits package. Collaborative global culture with close coordination across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC teams. The hiring salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 annually . This range represents the good faith minimum and maximum base salary that the company reasonably believes it will pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation decisions are determined by factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and specialized training. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for variable compensation in the form of sales commissions based on performance metrics. Detailed commission structures, bonuses, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits will be outlined during the formal offer process. HOW WE OPERATE Rimes operates with the discipline and urgency of a high-growth company with clear financial targets and genuine commercial accountability. As an Account Executive, you will be expected to: Keep the CRM current and your sales data clean, with accurate, defensible reporting. Create and present the current state of pipeline and forecast updates. Move with pace — prioritize your prospecting and follow-up, and act quickly on new leads. Connect your daily activity to the team's revenue targets, aligned to Rimes’ solutions and overall go-to-market strategy. This is a high-accountability role in a high-performance environment. If you thrive when working to a number and want to build a career in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, this is the right seat. Only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for considering a career with us. Rimes is committed to promote the values of diversity and inclusion throughout the business.
