PRODUCT & UX DESIGN
- Lead UX design for the Audiohook product, partnering with Product and Engineering to turn complex advertising workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces

- Partner with Engineering to ship pixel-accurate work and continuously raise the quality bar of the live product
DESIGN SYSTEM & BRAND
- Build and maintain a design system that scales across web, product, and marketing surfaces

- Excellent attention to detail and a high quality bar
PREFERRED
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or adtech
- Ability to ship simple front-end changes directly
