Job description
TAKE YOUR CAREER TO NEW HEIGHTS WITH LOOPIO! 🚀✨
This role exists to make sure Loopio's product releases land with the biggest possible impact on customers and the market. Every release only creates value if the right people know about it and can act on it: customers need to understand what changed, support and sales need to be able to talk about it and demo it with confidence, and the market needs to hear about it. This role owns making that happen, coordinating the collateral, timing, and enablement work behind each release to maximize customer awareness and adoption.
Beyond the release focus, this person will take on general product marketing responsibilities as part of our Product Growth & Experience team, working alongside product managers, designers, and engineering teams. The candidate will contribute to positioning, messaging, sales enablement, customer proof, and other product marketing activities.
Note: This is an existing vacancy on the team
💻 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
RELEASE MARKETING AND ENABLEMENT
- Own the process, timing, and coordination behind customer-facing release collateral: release notes, demo videos, demo scripts, and help/training content, working with the product teams who create it
- Track what each product team is shipping and work backward from ship dates to make sure collateral is ready on time, not scrambled together after the fact
- Run and support Loopio's GTM enablement cadence, briefing support, sales, and CS on what's shipping, what changed, and how to position and demo it
- Set and hold a quality bar for release collateral, editing or pushing back on drafts that aren't customer-ready
- Design ways to build and measure customer awareness and adoption after a release ships, not just at launch
- Partner with mission team leads and the broader product marketing team to make sure messaging and positioning are consistent across release notes, demos, and enablement materials
- Build and maintain internal agents and lightweight automation that make the release process itself faster and more reliable (examples: release digest automation, ship-date tracking, first-draft generation for release notes or FAQs), and own these tools operationally
PRODUCT MARKETING (GENERAL)
- Contribute to positioning and messaging work for Loopio's product areas as part of the broader product marketing team
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials: battlecards, competitive FAQs, and objection-handling content
- Partner with customer marketing on proof points, case studies, and reference stories that support both releases and broader campaigns
- Support buyer and customer research (interviews, surveys, win/loss input) that informs positioning and messaging
- Support launch planning and go-to-market execution for larger initiatives beyond individual releases
- Contribute to campaign content such as webinars, blog posts, or sales decks as the product marketing team's calendar requires
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and incorporate it into release, launch, and enablement materials where relevant
✨ WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related go-to-market role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong writing and editorial judgment, able to turn technical feature detail into clear, customer-ready narratives
- Comfortable coordinating with writers, marketers, and video/demo creators to keep collateral on schedule
- Working familiarity with core product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, and launch planning
- Experience using Claude, Claude Cowork, or Claude Code (or similar AI tools) to build workflows, automations, or agents
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the judgment to know when a process gap needs fixing versus when a one-off exception is fine
- Comfortable operating across many teams without formal authority over any of them

Questioning your qualifications? Read this ‼️ Hi there, we recognize that all too often, potential candidates don’t apply for a position simply because they don’t hit every single criteria included in the job description—particularly members of underrepresented groups.
Whether or not your experience ✅ checks off all the boxes on a job posting, we still encourage you to apply to ensure that your application receives a review from our team. We understand that a resume can only showcase so much during the applicant stage, so we've created prompts in the application for you to share more about yourself. If you've made a career transition (or a few!), you’re self taught in a new role, or you have skills/experience you’d like to highlight, we want to hear more about what you could bring to the table.
AI in Recruitment 👩🏻💻 At Loopio, we leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance our recruitment process. These tools assist with tasks such as resume screening, drafting preliminary job descriptions, generating initial interview questions, transcription and occasionally sourcing prospective candidates. However, AI is never used to make final hiring decisions; our use of AI serves to support repetitive and administrative tasks in order to streamline our hiring and recruitment workflows. We are committed to the responsible use of AI in our hiring practices, prioritizing both an improved candidate experience and operational efficiency. Our standardized hiring practices remain focused on reducing biases, with all key hiring decisions solely made by our team. We continuously review and refine our hiring practices to align with industry best practices and evolving legal guidelines
AI Usage in Interviews 🤖 The Loopio interview process is designed to help us better understand your professional experiences, as well as your unique perspective and approach to delivery and collaboration. To ensure a fair and accurate assessment, we expect candidates to refrain from using AI-generated content to produce responses to our interview questions during the live interview, as our goal is to evaluate your own knowledge and problem-solving abilities - not those of an AI assistant. If AI-generated responses are identified during the interview, Loopio reserves the right to disqualify candidates from the interview process.
For specific roles that include a take-home assignment, our AI Interviewee Policy allows the use of AI for initial support; however, the final submission must be a true reflection of your personal insights, skills and decision-making.
