Content Writer & Creator at 15Five

Job description

Description Marketing is about obsessing over an audience until you know what they want before they realize it. From brand managers to performance marketers to CRM specialists, the people we're looking for are bold, data-driven, and always convinced there's a better way to do it. So if you watch the Super Bowl for the ads, the Fiverr Marketing team might be looking for you. We’re after a creative powerhouse — part storyteller, part strategist, part content architect — who turns ideas into impact and words into culture. You know that copy isn’t filler; it’s the engine that moves people, builds brands, and sparks connection. If you can switch seamlessly from scroll-stopping social posts to sleek in-product microcopy, and make every line feel intentional, you’re our kind of writer. This is a full-time hybrid role working from our NYC office three times a week (must be located in NY metro area). This role is made for someone who thrives in both creative chaos and strategic clarity — a thinker who writes, a writer who thinks. Come help us shape the future of Fiverr’s story — one line at a time. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $75,000. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for equity and benefits. What am I going to do? • Translate bold ideas into sharp communication, whether that’s through emails, script writing, landing pages or social-first concepts. You’ll build comms that resonate with Gen Z and Millennials alike. • Collaborate with ease with Product Marketing, Product, Social and Creative teams. In brainstorms you’ll be ready to share ideas, jam with designers in Figma or get started on a brief when it’s go time. • Build the Fiverr brand voice so that it sounds unmistakably human, bold and 100% unforgettable. • Leverage AI tools (LLMs and content-focused agents) to accelerate ideation, streamline drafting, and optimize content across channels while maintaining brand voice and creative integrity. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in content, copy, or video writing, with a portfolio that shows versatility and creative range. • Skilled at turning complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives across short- and long-form content. • Strong editorial instincts with the ability to shape work that aligns with brand voice and audience needs. • Collaborative, strategic, and fluent in English — able to manage projects from concept to launch. • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creative output, while applying judgment to ensure originality, accuracy, and brand alignment. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.
