This role will report to the Director, Global Heme Cell and Gene Therapy Operations. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for driving and executing the Cell Collection Strategy and downstream deliverables for Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) for ****, a Client CRISPR-based gene therapy for transfusion dependent beta-thalassemia (TDT) and sickle cell disease (SCD). This role will work closely with North American and International Heme Business Units, Apheresis and Infusion Operations, Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Data, Technology and Engineering to ensure alignment and to meet business goals. This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite at our Boston Headquarters.
