About Orb:
We’re a team that cares deeply about the work, the people we do it with, and the customers we do it for. Everyone at Orb has real ownership over their work, direct access to customers, and a voice in how the company grows. We’re building the revenue design platform that helps teams automate billing, evolve pricing, and grow revenue with confidence.
Looking ahead, joining forces with Adyen expands what we can build and raises the ceiling on the problems we get to solve for customers. The challenges are uniquely interesting, and you’ll be surrounded by thoughtful, ambitious people who move fast and hold a high bar.
For San Francisco Bay Area , New York, and Amsterdam residents, we've built a hybrid work culture where we are in office 3 days/week. Our values, customer centricity, minutes matter, run with it, attention to detail, and go further together are at the core of everything we do.
About the role:
We're looking for a Lead Product Manager for our Pricing Lifecycle team. You'll define, prioritize, and own outcomes for the core of Orb's billing platform.
You’ll own the foundation that lets our customers model their pricing and packaging, experiment with pricing changes quickly, and design how they earn revenue with intent. You'll set the product strategy, decide what gets built and in what order, and shape the big questions as we grow with fast-moving AI companies — and together with Adyen, bring what we've built to the largest enterprises in the world.
In this role you will:
- Define and own the product strategy for Orb's core billing platform
- Lead product discovery: talk constantly with customers on the bleeding edge of pricing experimentation, learn how they think about pricing design and change, and translate that into the product and its architecture
- Shape the strategic questions that define the domain: what the right pricing abstractions are as customers grow from startup to enterprise, how price changes roll out safely across a live customer base, and how far Orb should go in helping customers decide what to charge, not just how
- Build strong partnerships with engineering and design, bringing them into discovery early so user and business implications surface before the plan is set
- Lay the groundwork for product practices and processes so the team can define and deliver its highest-impact work as it grows
About you:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B SaaS software
- You have a strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals, including defining new products
- You understand the importance of advocating for customer needs while balancing business priorities
- You excel at building strong partnerships with engineering and design counterparts, as well as cross-functional stakeholders
- You apply product discovery and optimization techniques to turn ambiguity into a plan
- You have a demonstrated drive to ship early and often
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate (with support from Orb)
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience working on platform, developer-facing, or usage-based products
- Have experience on a product team at an early-stage B2B startup
- Have context in billing, pricing, spend management, or other financially critical domains where correctness matters
- Geek out talking to customers and learning from user research
Benefits:
- Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance
- One Medical membership
- Unlimited PTO plus an additional week off between Christmas and New Year’s
- 401k plan
- 16-week paid parental leave with equity vesting
- Commuter stipend
- Catered lunches in the office
- Annual learning & development stipend
- Meaningful equity in the form of stock options
