Channel Account Manager at Microblink

Job description

Here is why this role matters to us: Microblink is hiring a Channel Account Manager to own the business side of day to day partner relationships: growing usage, adding new services, and getting partners selling with confidence. This is a new role in our FY27 channel model. Working closely with our Head of Channel on commercial decisions, including pricing, contracts and partner strategy, bringing the account insight that shapes each one. You will run the day to day account work across a global portfolio that includes strategic OEM partners, regional identity verification platforms, and vendors that resell Microblink products. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships but is equally motivated by identifying opportunities, opening doors, and turning conversations into commercial results. A little bit about us: Microblink is the Identity Intelligence OS that establishes Know Your Actor: control over people and agents, how risk is assessed, and how decisions are made across digital journeys. Built for an adversarial AI era, Microblink replaces static verification with continuous identity control. As the only solution spanning IDs, biometrics, and payment cards, Microblink delivers a real-time command center where signals, policies, and decisioning can be calibrated with granular precision. Companies use Microblink to adapt faster than fraud, optimize outcomes over time, and enforce trust at scale across onboarding, authentication, and every moment in between. In 2025, Microblink processed 2.9 billion identities across 195+ countries. Its proprietary Fraud Lab generates 100,000+ images monthly for training and testing models, achieving 100% deepfake detection in DHS-powered testing. Interested in learning more? Experience closing new channel partners. Comfortable managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and commercial activities using CRM tools. Ability to work independently across several regions and time zones. Preferred: Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC, authentication, AML, or related technology sectors.
